Show Guidelines

The following guidelines are in place for all our shows and events in order to provide a safe environment for our vendors and guests as well as a quality experience for everyone.

*Set up starts at 730am and continues until 945am

*Table fees are

$25 (K-Town Toy and Collectible Show, )

$20 (for the Paper City Toy and Collectable Show)

$25 ( for Train Shows as well as Card shows)

$45 ( for the K-Town Holiday Toy Show November 17th 2024)

*set up starts at 730 am for all shows and goes until 945am. (arrival at or after 945am will not be allowed and you will be turned away) Once you are set up, you must have your vehicle moved to an approved parking space that is not blocking drives or other vendors or handicap spaces etc.

*Table fees for all general shows must be paid before you set up.(K-Town Holiday Toy Show is all pre paid before the day of the event)

*Please let us know at least 72hrs ahead of time of cancellation. Any cancelation after after this time forfeit their rental fee. We understand things happen but we must be able to fill the spot on a last minute basis.

**(we have quite a long waiting list) Any no call no show will not be asked back as well as vendors who break down and leave early.

*Please leave your area clean. Please remove any empty boxes etc.

***Payment for the show must be paid upon receipt of the invoice from K-Town Toy Shows unless a pre-arranged agreement has been made between the two the 2 parties ( K-Town Toy Shows and the vendor in question) before the morning of the toy show in question.

**Breaking down and leaving early can result in you not being able to participate in future shows. Please talk to Jarame or Jeff before you do so, As this reflects badly upon the show and our guests expect to see a full house of collectible goodness.

*Fees for outdoor space for May or August shows in Kenosha only at this time are $10 per table or space plus cc processing fees if applicable.

( K-Town Toy Shows will supply the tables and chairs for outdoor space in Kenosha. It is the vendors responsibility to supply their own portable awning or shelter or pop-up, which must be secured at all for corners with weights such as concrete blocks, 5 gallon buckets with sand etc, in case of high winds and the like)

**There is a 3 table max on all vendor space at the “K-Town Toy and Collectible Show unless noted or waved by K-Town Toy Shows** By doing so we can make sure that there is a diverse selection of vendors and items available to our guests, this may change per event/location/Date of show. **(this does NOT apply to the Paper City Toy and Collectable Show)

 **Availability can change without notice. 

**A waiting list is in effect for most shows please email us or message us on our FB page for consideration.

****As of March 1st 2024 we are no longer accepting registration forms from vendors that solely sell Funko Pops, Comics or Star Wars for the Paper City Toy and Collectable Show in Neenah Wi as well as the 3 standard shows at K-Town Toy and Collectible Show in Kenosha Wi This is in place to maintain shows will have a diverse assortment of vendors as well as genres and goods for sale to our attendees.

** if you sell these items (Funko, Star Wars or Comics) and they do not make up more than 50% of your items for sale then we will give you a fair opportunity to be a vendor with us at our shows.

** Walk in vendors will be denied and turned away without an email confirmation/registration or FB message confirmation.

**** We have a Zero Tolerance for any type of harassment at our shows. This includes verbal abuse, physical abuse or other types of questionable behavior that may be deemed as harassment by management and or venue.

**Violations of these guidelines can or will result in a ban from attending our shows as a guest and as a vendor.
